WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be in original packaging, tags attached, unworn and unwashed. International order must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Please note we do not offer a return on items that have been marked with makeup or any strong smelling scents.
UK Customers; If you opt for a refund, we will process the full transaction amount excluding a £4.99 delivery charge. Please note, if an order qualifies for Free Shipping and all the items are returned the original shipping rate of £4.99 shall be deducted off your refund.
International Customers; We suggest your returns are via a service that requires signature on delivery. Currently, there is no International free returns and it is the customer's responsibility to send their items back to us.
Orders that qualify for free shipping which are returned and the value of the order is then less than the free shipping requirements, the shipping cost shall be deducted from your refund. Free shipping only applies to order over the required amount.

Pre-order items are exchange only or you can claim our store credit note. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please send return items to: Lavand Stories, Returns Dept, PO Box 53192, London, UK, E18 9DN or please email us to request a Returns Shipping Label, £4.99 shall be deducted from your refund for the usage of this label.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
If you receive a faulty item, please inform our Customer Service team here within 48 hours of receiving the product and return to us within 7 days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions, it may take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 21 working days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will check this out for you.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 7-10 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
CONSUMER CONTRACT REGULATIONS
If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with us. This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation – just fill out this form where you’ll also find details on how to return your item(s).
